Terms of Service - Leannoku

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Leannoku application and website at leannoku.com ("Service") operated by Leannoku ("we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Leannoku is an e-commerce data integration platform. The Service connects to your Shopify store and advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Klaviyo) via OAuth, normalizes the data, and makes it accessible through a REST API and scheduled reports (Slack, email).

2. Account Registration and Responsibility

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys.
You must not share API keys with unauthorized parties.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Scrape, crawl, or programmatically extract data from the Service beyond the provided API.
Resell, redistribute, or sublicense data obtained through the Service.
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the source code of the Service.
Abuse the Service by sending excessive requests, overloading infrastructure, or interfering with other users.
Use the Service to compete directly with Leannoku.

4. Data Handling

We access your merchant data through OAuth connections you authorize. We store this data to compute metrics, generate reports, and serve API responses. You retain ownership of all your store data. Our use of your data is limited to providing and improving the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. API Usage and Rate Limits

API access is subject to rate limits based on your plan.
Exceeding rate limits will result in HTTP 429 responses.
Sustained abuse of rate limits may result in temporary or permanent suspension of API access.
We reserve the right to adjust rate limits with reasonable notice.

6. Pricing, Free Trial, and Payment

Leannoku offers a free trial period of one (1) month with full access to the Service. No credit card is required to start a free trial.
After the free trial period, continued use of the Service requires a paid subscription.
We reserve the right to modify pricing, plan features, connection limits, and the availability or duration of the free trial at any time. Changes to pricing will not apply retroactively to active billing periods.
We will notify you of material pricing changes at least 14 days in advance via the email address associated with your account.
If you do not agree with a pricing change, you may cancel your subscription before the new pricing takes effect.

7. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by uninstalling the App or contacting us.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We may suspend accounts for non-payment or fraudulent activity.
Upon termination, we will delete your data within 30 days.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not responsible for decisions made based on data or analytics provided by the Service.
We are not responsible for data accuracy from third-party platforms (Shopify, Meta, Google).

9. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance, experience downtime due to third-party outages, or modify features with reasonable notice.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
