Terms of Service — Leannoku

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Leannoku, a multi-platform post scheduler operated by Outspirations MB, a private company registered in Lithuania (registry code 305739215, address Alekniškio vs. 10, Širvintų r.). "Leannoku", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the service and its operator.

By creating an account, connecting a channel, or otherwise using Leannoku, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service description

Leannoku lets you connect Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts via Meta's OAuth, schedule posts, and publish them on your behalf. Additional platforms (TikTok, LinkedIn, X) may be added over time.

2. Account registration and responsibility

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including posts published by Leannoku on your behalf.
You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
You must be authorized to manage the Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts you connect.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Leannoku to:

Post spam, harassment, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, or content that violates Meta's Community Standards
Post content that infringes third-party intellectual property
Post content that violates any applicable law
Coordinate inauthentic behaviour, run impersonation accounts, or otherwise manipulate Meta platforms
Resell or sublicense access to Leannoku without our written permission
Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service
Use Leannoku to circumvent any rate limit or policy enforced by Meta

4. Meta Platform Terms pass-through

Leannoku integrates with Facebook and Instagram via Meta's Graph API. When you use Leannoku to publish on Facebook or Instagram, you must also comply with:

Violation of any of those policies via Leannoku is a violation of these Terms.

5. Data handling

Our handling of your data is governed by the Leannoku Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your post content. We process Facebook and Instagram data only to operate the scheduler. Each access token we receive from Meta on your behalf is stored encrypted at rest and deleted within 30 days of channel disconnect or account closure.

6. Pricing, free trial, and payment

Until Meta App Review is granted, Leannoku operates in invite-only early access at no charge.
After App Review, paid plans may be introduced. We will give at least 14 days notice via the email address associated with your account before charging.
You can cancel before any new pricing takes effect.

7. Suspension and termination

You may terminate your account at any time by disconnecting all channels and contacting us, or by following the deletion instructions at /post/data-deletion.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, Meta's policies, or applicable law.
We may suspend accounts for non-payment, security incidents, or fraudulent activity.
Upon termination, we will delete your data within 30 days as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €100 if no payment has been made.
We are not responsible for downtime, throttling, or rejection by Meta's Graph API.
We are not responsible for content you publish via Leannoku.

9. Service availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance, experience downtime due to third-party outages (Meta, Railway, Cloudflare), or modify features with reasonable notice.

10. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of Leannoku that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be brought before the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this does not affect your right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence under applicable consumer law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify connected users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect, and we update the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of Leannoku after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
